今天，在国旗下我为大家演讲的题目是：学会感恩
说起感恩，我想先问大家几个问题：请问，你们每天吃着父母为你们做的香喷喷的饭菜时，你们想的是什么?还有父母为了不让你们挨饿，给你好多的零花钱让你们吃饱，而你却抱怨零花钱给的太少，这时候你们有没有想过父母给你了这些零花钱，父母的午饭吃的是什么?或父母不在身边陪你，抱怨父母是不是不爱我了?就对父母大发雷霆。
还有在学校上课不认真听讲，还怪老师上课没有激情，课上的不好，但你们有没有想过，老师上课之前要做多少精心准备，为了学生能听懂需要修改多少次教案呢?每当同学将一杯暖暖的开水放到你手里的时，你有没有想些什么?说到这里，同学们要问了，平时我们也经常说谢谢，其实感恩并不只是笼统的一句谢谢，而是内心的一种感受、一种行为。
只要从生活中的一点一滴的小事做起，你就会觉得感恩就在我们身边。比如在父母做好饭菜时，你即使不能去帮父母炒菜做饭，你也可以帮父母拿一下碗筷，平时父母给我们的零花钱，我们不能乱花，因为父母挣钱也很辛苦能想到这一点其实就是一种感恩。在家里要对得起父母在学校也要对得起老师，只要你好好学习，认真完成作业，不惹老师生气，做一个听话的乖孩子、好学生，这也是感恩。
同学之间，大家肯定认为没有什么好感恩的，其实不然。同学们在一起学习，在一起欢乐，那是同学们之间的友谊，友爱。这种友谊，可以帮助我们克服困难，共同进步。这也是一种感恩。我们要学会感恩，感恩父母，他们给予我们生命，抚养我们成人。
当我们遇到困难时，能倾注一切来帮助我们的人，是父母;当我们受到委屈时，能耐心听我们倾诉的人，是父母;当我们犯错误时，能毫不犹豫地原谅我们的人，还是父母。还要感恩老师。从咿呀学语的孩童到蒙学初开的小学生，从求知若渴的少年到展翅高飞的成人，老师的作用，老师的无私奉献，时时刻刻贯穿其中。还要感恩同学们，你们是我生活中的伙伴，学习中的助手，生命中的一部分。常怀感恩之心，我们便能够无时无刻地感受到家庭的幸福和学习成长的快乐。

大家好!
今天，我要演讲的题目是《保护地球母亲，净化校园环境》。
21世纪可谓是挑战与机遇同在，希望与困难共存。它在给我们带来许多美好憧憬的同时，也给我们带来了许多难题，其中首要的就是环境和资源问题。
大家都知道，由于人类向自然界过度的索取，已经导致了大自然无情的报复，飓风、暴雨、暴风雨、洪涝、干旱、虫害、酷暑、森林大火、地震等灾情不期而至，全世界因干旱等原因而造成的迁移性难民预计到20xx年达到1亿人。而近30年来，人类消耗了地球上三分之一的可利用资源。1970年，大西洋里大西洋鳕鱼的储藏量为27.4万吨，而现在剩下不到6万吨。在此期间，地球的森林覆盖面积减少了12%，欧洲河流和湖泊里的生物种类减少了55%。假设1970年地球生态系统的质量指数为100，那么现在该指数已下降为65，其中多种哺乳动物、爬行动物、鸟类和鱼类的数量剩下不到一半。
惨痛的生态教训，已经引起世界各国和全人类的重视，国际奥委会评估团视察申奥城市，就把生太环境改善列为其中重要的内容。我国同时也非常重视保护环境的教育，绿色学校创建活动就是其中重要的内容之一。
我们经常看到许多同学在校园里的各个角落捡拾果皮纸屑，用自己的双手去保护校园环境的优美。但是，我们仍然存在着一些不足：仍然有人乱丢纸屑、食品袋废弃物;仍然有人在草坪上肆意践踏，学校的绿化带中，不时发现有深深的脚印，有的地方甚至走成了小道。
同学们，我们是21世纪的主人，环保意识是现代人的重要标志。我们应当切实地树立起时代责任感。心系全球，着眼身边，立足校园。多弯弯腰捡捡果皮纸屑，首先不要随地乱扔乱丢;多走几步，不要穿越绿化带，践踏绿地。勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。我们每个人从小都应该要有环境保护意识。保护环境是我们大家义不容辞的责任。我们要从现在做起，从身边做起，从小事做起：爱护花草树木，爱护鸟类和其他小动物等等。通过我们的努力，使祖国的天更蓝，地更绿，水更清。保护地球母亲，净化绿色校园，让我们的校园更加美丽吧!

camp was more like a keg party without any alcohol. and on the very first day our counselor gathered us all together and she taught us a cheer that she said we would be doing every day for the rest of the summer to instill camp spirit. and it went like this: r-o-w-d-i-e, that's the way we spell rowdie. rowdie, rowdie, let's get rowdie. yeah. so i couldn't figure out for the life of me why we were supposed to be so rowdy, or why we had to spell this word incorrectly. (laughter) but i recited a cheer. i recited a cheer along with everybody else. i did my best. and i just waited for the time that i could go off and read my books.
but the first time that i took my book out of my suitcase, the coolest girl in the bunk came up to me and she asked me, why are you being so mellow? -- mellow, of course, being the exact opposite of r-o-w-d-i-e. and then the second time i tried it, the counselor came up to me with a concerned expression on her face and she repeated the point about camp spirit and said we should all work very hard to be outgoing.
and so i put my books away, back in their suitcase, and i put them under my bed, and there they stayed for the rest of the summer. and i felt kind of guilty about this. i felt as if the books needed me somehow, and they were calling out to me and i was forsaking them. but i did forsake them and i didn't open that suitcase again until i was back home with my family at the end of the summer.
now, i tell you this story about summer camp. i could have told you 50 others just like it -- all the times that i got the message that somehow my quiet and introverted style of being was not necessarily the right way to go, that i should be trying to pass as more of an extrovert. and i always sensed deep down that this was wrong and that introverts were pretty excellent just as they were. but for years i denied this intuition, and so i became a wall street lawyer, of all things, instead of the writer that i had always longed to be -- partly because i needed to prove to myself that i could be bold and assertive too. and i was always going off to crowded bars when i really would have preferred to just have a nice dinner with friends. and i made these self-negating choices so reflexively, that i wasn't even aware that i was making them.

阳光是什么?是雨后清晨中出现的那一抹光辉，是人跌入深渊中的那一抹希望，是冬天照耀在身上的那一抹温暖。
我们的心中要时刻充满自信和阳光。尼克松因为缺少自信而错失了总统的位置，而小征泽尔则因为充满自信而赢得了世界指挥家比赛的桂冠，林肯经历了数次失败还依然充满自信，所以才能得到总统的位置，爱迪生经过数百次的失败还依然自信，这是他成为伟大发明家的原因。设想，若是他们抛弃了自信，而走向了不相信自己的道路，那么，他们怎么可能成功?
当然，我们的心也需要充满阳光。人的一生不可能一帆风顺，总要经历一些失败，这时，我们的心中就要乐观向上，人生的路上处处都长满了荆棘，若我们退缩，那就注定会没有什么成就，可如果我们勇敢地跨过去，那么，那小小的困难便都不算什么，不必害怕，让阳光照射进我们的心房。虽然我们考试总会失利，但是，这些困难都不足以成为阻碍我们前进的“拦路虎”，只要我们不退缩，不放弃，那么，没有什么挫折和困难是我们战胜不了的。我曾经有一次考试成绩特别不理想，当时我十分悲伤，感觉前途一片渺茫，也想过放弃，但是老师的鼓励，家长的宽容，都让我备受感动，重拾了信心，也看到了希望，才让我下次考试时取得好的成绩，这是自信的力量，也是心中的阳光所给予的。
每个人的心中都应当充满阳光和自信，坚信自己一定能做到，那么，我们就一定能做到，我以后想当个教师，所以，我会充满自信的学习，阳光的面对挫折，我坚信，最美的阳光是在残酷的风雨之后诞生的。

大家好。我是来自初二五班的__，很荣幸能成为__市红领巾理事会的一员。今天我站在这里想和大家一起谈谈如何做到“低碳出行，环保生活”。
首先，“低碳出行”和同学们每天来学校的方式有着密切的联系。我住的离学校很近，每天自己走到学校也只有15分钟左右。每次来到学校都会在路边看到一排排的车辆来来走走，看着车排出的二氧化碳渐渐充斥着整个天空，我发现大家已经把环保看的和空气一样平淡无奇了。
你们知道吗，随着__市每年以15%的汽车量增加，越来越多的参天古树被无情的砍伐，铺平道路。20世纪，南京人最骄傲的是什么?是南京的树。在孙中山先生灵柩经过的码头，一条条道路种上了从苏杭精选的英国梧桐和雪松，几十年过后，东郊大道上的树已经长到20多米高，一到夏天，那一排排壮观的树在星星点点的阳光的陪伴下格外耀眼，火炉南京一点也不热，人们骑着单车穿梭在这美丽的绿色隧道中。而现在，__市原有的一万多棵大树已被砍掉三千多棵，而政府又声称要从外省引来七千多棵。试想，随着科技的发达，想要再种上七千多棵树，到底是不是“戏言”呢，至少这是一个难题。因为这三千多棵树的死去，不少百姓与学者纷纷提出抗议，甚至还有的老人为了这些带给他们凉爽与绿色的树暗暗落泪。同学们，当你们经过一排排高楼大厦，发现市中心姿态万千的古树大都已荡然无存的时候，难道就没有一点点感叹，甚至一点点失落吗?当你们在为了堵车而愤怒的时候，又有没有真正的想过这样的原因或者是带来的后果呢?
同学们，不要因为懒惰而让父母开车送你上学校，其实你可以自己走来，坐公交车来，坐地铁来啊，现在__市的地铁线路正在扩张维修，我们的生活难道不能更环保吗?也许你们会对小吃街的一排排美食垂涎欲滴，可是你们一定要用一次性的塑料盒，一次性的袋子吗?你们去超市的时候不能多一点环保意识带上布袋去装一大包的物品吗?环保不只是一种承诺，一种好听的话语，从一点一滴，从一个不经意间弯腰拾起垃圾的动作中，在一个废物利用、垃圾分类的身影中，环保才有了意义。这周六在金鹰有一个义卖活动，大家都可以去当小小志愿者，将你们没用的东西稍稍装饰一下，不就是富有创意的艺术品吗?

however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.
as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature. it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.
