大家好!
今天，我竞聘的岗位是小学高级教师九岗。自1977年从河池巴马师范学校毕业，三尺讲台上，我已经奋斗了34个春秋!34年来，我热爱学生，做孩子们的知心朋友，关爱他们，积极探索教育新路，耐心细致育人。34年，弹指一挥间，我已半头银发，一脸皱纹。我和无数的教育工作者一样，把生命中最美好的时光，把生命里最美丽的韶华，都献给了山村的教育事业，然而我无怨，也无悔，因为我一直坚信：半根草立足农村绿一片荒原，一颗心献身教育哺几代新人。
从教以来，我任教过小学语文、数学、音乐、美术、思想品德等科目，当过多年的班主任，获得过多种荣誉……最近几年，上了年纪，但不敢忘怀教师职责，还坚持更新自己的教学方法和教育观念，在工作中仍不断总结、改进，按时按量完成学校领导交付的各项工作任务，进行循环教学，教学水平与教学质量得到了很大提高，在期末质检中，我所任教的学科，达标率均能达到学校教学管理制度的要求。
今天，我之所以竞聘这个岗位，基于以下三点原因：
第一、热爱教育，关爱学生
三十多年来，为了搞好教育教学工作，走家串户，了解每一个孩子。热心教学，热爱教育，关心每一个孩子，相信每一个孩子。独具慧眼，发现每个孩子身上的潜能，鼓励孩子学习，让学生体验成功的乐趣，不断演绎成功故事，不管是班主任工作、教学工作，还是学校管理工作，我一直坚信并践行爱心是教育成功的秘诀。
第二、具备扎实的专业知识，教学经验丰富
从教以来，兢兢业业，勤奋工作，刻苦钻研教材，熟悉了小学语文和数学教材，掌握了基本的教育教学方法。深入了解学生，不断在工作中总结改进和提高。在长期的农村教学实践中，构建属于自己的教学风格，探索符合农村学生的课堂教学模式，并取得了不俗的成绩，得到了领导和同事们的广泛好评，也深受学生的欢迎。为了更好地搞好教育教学工作，还认真研习《河池教研》等教育教学改革刊物，从中指导我的教学实践，提高教学的有效性，进而提高教学质量。课余时间，我还泼墨挥毫，潜心研习书法和画画，兼任中、高年级的美术老师，给学生传递美。
第三，具备敬业精神，全身心投入教育教学工作
大半辈子立志扎根山村教育，安贫乐道、积极向上、为国树人，矢志不渝。全身心投入教育教学第一线，时刻以一名优秀教师和党员的标准要求自己，凭着强烈的事业心和责任心，赢得了全体师生的尊敬和赞誉;凭着自己对学生的一片爱心，得到学生和家长的爱戴;凭着对教育事业的执着，在教育教学工作中创造了不俗的业绩。
基于以上原因，我有信心做好本岗本职工作，如果我能竞争上岗，我将爱岗敬业、传道、爱生，努力作到以下三点：
第一、继续做一个学习型的教师。在工作中不断完善自我，充实自我。拓宽自己的知识面，使自己的教学尽善尽美。
第二、做教育教学的有心人。结合学科特点和本班实际情况，以人为本，因材施教，根据不同学生的不同特点，采取不同的教学方法，关注全体，关注差异。教他们学会学习，学会做人，切实培养学生良好的学习习惯。针对语文学科的特点，探索学科实践活动，拓宽学生的视野，从而有效的提高学生的学科素养。
第三、加强个人修养，将教育教学进行到底。临近退休，但不敢忘记教书育人，我将继续加强学习，提高个人修养，努力专研业务，传帮带青年教师，把农村教育进行到底。

lincoln was a champion and he never gave up.
